Base Salary:£40,000 to £50,000

Social Care & Education have an exciting opportunity to appoint an experienced Registered Manager for a new Children’s Residential Home which is based in Burton-On-Trent.
Working as a Registered Manager you will take full responsibility of a new Ofsted registered, children’s home. You will undertake management of the efficient operation, delivery, and development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work collaboratively with the leadership team to ensure successful registration with Ofsted, actively contributing to recruitment, systems, and policy development.
• Proactively address and resolve complaints and concerns, turning challenges into opportunities for improvement.
• Lead and supervise social workers and support staff, fostering a collaborative and empowered team.
• Craft and implement a top-notch Quality Assurance policy, working together with the quality assurance team to exceed Service Standards.
• Facilitate and participate in regular team meetings, fostering open communication and collective success.
• Ready the ship for OFSTED inspections, ensuring our service consistently shines with Good or Outstanding ratings.
Requirements:
• Proven leadership in Ofsted-rated Good or Outstanding homes.
• Knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding.
