About the role: We are seeking to appoint a Learning and Engagement Manager to play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Learning Resource Centre, fostering a structured learning environment for our students. The successful candidate will also lead and directly line manage the Learning Resource Centre (LRC) and Student Engagement Centre (SEC) teams, supporting their professional growth and enhancing their skills. Additionally, they will oversee student attendance monitoring and work submission processes, ensuring high levels of academic and community engagement from and with students and parents.
