Qualifications:
To be successful and to thrive in this role, you should have previous experience managing an infant/toddler or preschool program, along with the ability to:

• Serve as an education lead for the center, overseeing the implementation of all aspects of education services and providing teachers with supervision, training, coaching, and monitoring.

• Directly supervise center staff, ensure completion of all human resources activities, and ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.

• Create a vision for the program, center, or department to inspire others.

• Drive toward results while maintaining focus with process and relationships.

• Share authority in meaningful ways; build the leadership capacity of others.

Job Requirements:

• Effective operating, management, and relationship skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education OR

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with at least six (6) courses in Early Childhood Education,

• Master’s Degree preferred

• Bilingual in Spanish preferred

• At least one year of experience with supervision, management, or coaching

The Director of Learning Transformation will be a key leader of DaVita University’s Learning Center of Excellence (CoE), a critical component of our evolving Wisdom department and learning strategy across the global DaVita Village. Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

• Lead enterprise learning governance, including ownership of high-level intake management and consultation strategy.

• Partner with business owners to advance enterprise-level priorities, build organizational capability and ready workforce for future skills.

• Lead project teams in architecting, deploying, and measuring meaningful outcomes of innovative, high complexity learning solutions and transformative learning interventions employing cutting edge educational technologies and performance support tools.

• Drive enterprise learning innovation through pilot design and development of new and emerging technologies such as virtual reality, chat bots and artificial intelligence.

• Manage the performance and development of direct reports.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 6+ years professional experience in consulting and/or learning field.
• Advanced skills in learning transformation, solutions design, strategy, consultation, and executive presentation.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for teamwork.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with evolving demands.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as clinical expert to provide clinical/scientific knowledge into the development, execution and communication of the global scientific/medical evidence plan for the indication(s).

• Provide oversight of LCM clinical development with input on global strategy
• Support cross-functional and global collaborations to integrate broad medical, regulatory, safety, scientific, and commercial access and value input into the development program(s)

• Participate and provide clinical input into safety and regulatory interactions
