• Works jointly with the Deputy Chief in the planning, development, and execution of training programs, policies, and procedures in support of the 1st Armored Division (1AD) and Fort Bliss training units.
• Serves as the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) for procurement of a variety of training products and services for training programs which affects, to a considerable extent, contractors' operations.
• Oversees the enrollment and training completion of civilians and Soldiers to include Special Operations, National Guard, Reserve and Active Component in Troop School courses conducted at Fort Bliss.

• As a Human Resources Specialist (Military), you will perform the following duties which is not an all-inclusive list:
• Advises on career management policies. Formulates and coordinates personnel replacement, policies, and procedures regarding replacements.
• Provides oversight for the officer and enlisted strength and assignments for CAC. Assists with the direction, coordination, and execution of a variety of military personnel programs.
• Develops, prepares, reports and continuously updates HR data. Maintains knowledge and expertise in the human resources arena.
• Reviews and analyzes the status report to identify current strength and MOS shortages. Collects and evaluates information and data and develops recommendations for timely decision making using statistical analyses regarding personnel readiness.

Check on upcoming programs and tournaments at Golf Club daily. Performs and/or assists other recreation aids in the operation as a golf cart attendant. Cleans and maintains club storage throughout the day. Cleans and services golf carts and cart barn throughout the day. Cleans rental golf clubs. Accounts for golf carts at the end of each business day and secures all buildings. Routinely maintains the area around the Club House and parking lot, as well as emptying trash containers outside of Club House. Operates motorized ball picker and retrieves range balls from the driving range. Hand picks range balls from trees, fairways and other areas throughout the day. Restocks all sand and seed refill stations throughout the day. Fills and cleans all water coolers on the course to include restocking the cups throughout the day. Sets up and cleans the driving range on a daily basis. Insures tees and tee mats are replaced and in good condition. Cleans and sorts all range balls daily, discarding worn, cut or damaged balls. Employee will assist in setting up registration areas for golf tournaments as well as assisting the Food and Beverage Supervisor in arranging the room for special functions and events. Opens and secures cart barns and equipment and tags carts needing repair.
