As an Automotive Training Instructor, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. This is no ordinary instructor role. Essential experience of the Automotive Training Instructor:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to develop effective relationships with colleagues at various levels within the organisation.

Qualifications for the Automotive Training Instructor:

• Minimum education level of Level 3 in a relevant Regulated Qualification Framework (RQF) or National Vocational Qualification (NVQ), such as an Advanced Apprenticeship or Level 3 VRQ/NVQ.
