One of valued clients based on the outskirts of Durham City Centre are offering a fantastic opportunity for an Administrator who will provide support to their Training Department. This is a full time temporary position for 6 months with the strong possibility of an extension.

As an Administrator you can expect to receive an hourly rate of £11.44 -11.71ph depending on experience .The successful candidate must have proficient IT skills and be highly organised. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy are essential skills required as this role will involve a large amount of data input.

Key Responsibilities
o Keeping the training programme up to date
o Making bookings onto the training database (OLM)
o Preparing the joining instructions for delegates
o Operate within an ISO 9001 quality management system for training provision
o General day to day administration duties

Key Competencies
o Excellent communication and inter-personal skills with a friendly and professional disposition
o Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and an ability to work on own initiative
o Ability to work effectively with the wider training team
o Proficient in IT packages, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
o Ability to prioritise workloads, coordinate and organise all administrative tasks and requirements

The hours of work are Monday to Friday 8:15am till 16:15pm with a 36 minute lunch.

About The Role

This is a Multi-Site Role covering two of our fantastic services here at Salutem - Mount View and New Road both sites are within a 5 minute drive from one another so a driver with a full, clean UK Licence will be required. Time in the working week will be spilt over both sites!

The role of the Registered Manager encompasses overall operational responsibility for the service or services, ensuring smooth operations, and effective staff allocation and management. You will oversee the delivery of excellent operational services within your area, regularly supervising Deputy Managers, Team Leaders, and/or Senior Support Workers.

Responsibilities
Service Delivery:
Monitor and support person-centered services within your area.
Ensure health and safety of the people we support and staff.
Ensure staff actions support care, protection, well-being, and regulatory compliance.
Staff Supervision:
Supervise and support Deputy Managers, Team Leaders, and Senior Support Workers through recruitment, coaching, and performance management.
