Commitment to safeguarding
NWHS is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of our students. We have implemented procedures designed to both prevent unsuitable people from working with our students and with the aim of recruiting staff who share and understand our commitment to safeguarding. The recruitment and selection process makes sure we recruit suitable people, we will ensure that those involved in the recruitment and employment of staff to work with children have received appropriate safer recruitment training.
