About the role

The Learning Support Assistant role at The Castle school offers variety and challenge. Within this role you will be working within a strong team of staff who are focused on supporting teaching and learning within the classroom to benefit all students with additional needs. Your role outside the classroom is also key, as you will be liaising with parents and carers and developing and reviewing individual learning plans for a small group of students.

About you

Ingfield Manor School - West Sussex, is a day and weekly boarding school for students aged 3-19 with neuro-motor impairments, such as Cerebral Palsy, in addition to a bespoke curriculum supporting speech, commination and language needs.
