JOB PURPOSE The post holder will be responsible for the safe delivery of direct and indirect care and associated source data collection for clinical research studies undertaken in the department. The post holder will be responsible for the assessment, planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of individualised care plans for clinical trials participants. Additionally, they will provide patient centred care and support clinical trial participants focusing on high quality patient experience. The post holder will be involved in raising awareness and embedding research within LTHT and offering people opportunities to take part in research as part of their standard care pathway. Have an overall awareness of potential risks within the clinical area assessing these at all times (including patient behaviours and working environment) to ensure the health and safety of research participants, visitors and staff and compliance with related legislation and guidelines. Act as the research participants advocate and uphold the quality of each study at all times; this will include assessment, planning and evaluation of individualised care plans as per study protocol. Report adverse events and serious adverse events in accordance with the Trust SOPs and study protocols in a timely and effective manner with reference to the Senior Research Nurse/Midwife/AHP and Principal Investigator. Resolve complaints timeously at a local level and escalate as appropriate. Be responsible for accurate and secure data collection, storage and entry in to case report forms (both paper and electronic) that meet Data Protection Act requirements, including secure backup of study data, as per information governance and study specific guidance. Participate in facilitating clinical trial monitoring in order to meet the safety, integrity and governance requirements of each study. Where relevant, ensure that the processing and storage of human biological samples meets the necessary requirements of the Human Tissue Act, local SOPs and research protocol so that safe handling and quality is assured. As a Physical Scientist within the Woods Hole Coastal and Marine Science Center, some of your specific duties will include:

• Coordinates research on wetland processes that drive ecological and geomorphic change of estuaries and salt marshes and associated ecosystem services, including mitigation of coastal hazards.

JOB PURPOSE/SUMMARY Pathology Discipline Training Managers provide best practice advice and training management support within a designated area reporting into Service Managers/Operational Leads. Their job purpose is to: Manage all formal pre-registration and post-registration training within the department liaising with other staff as appropriate. Act as the focal point for all issues relating to training and development within the specialty. Year 6 Teacher role - January to July 2025

An outstanding North Leeds Primary School is looking for a Year 6/KS2 Teacher from January 2025. The role is initially for two terms up to July with the possibility of becoming a permanent post.

You will serve as a Mariner Training Auditor Compliance Specialist and be responsible for conducting field level Course Oversight Auditor activities (CAO). Inspecting mariner training facilities and processes - including alternate sites, auditing courses, curricula, instructor performance and mariner training completion certificates to ensure mariner training (MTP) compliance.

Being a Coast Guard civilian makes you a valuable member of the Coast Guard team. Typical work assignments include:

• Reviewing mariner training provider course approval terms and conditions and uses as the basis for audit activities and post-audit review
• Traveling to training provider's primary site location, alternate site location or assigned location to conduct audit activities and other missions as assigned. Remains eligible and in compliance with Coast Guard standards to travel by all conveyances, maintains a valid driver's license to operate a government owned or procured motor vehicle, to any location assigned.
• Leading assigned audits of Coast Guard approved training providers to ensure that the approved courses administered are conducive to education and remain in compliance with regulations and approval terms. Executes audits in strict accordance with approved auditing procedures and standards
• Preparing audit reports according to Techniques, Tactics, and Procedures (TTP) and Mission Management System (MMS) documentation and publishes within prescribed timeframe.
• Monitoring MTP progress towards resolution of outstanding non-conformities within prescribed timelines, evaluates proposed corrective actions and provides replies on acceptance.
