Au sein de la direction des Programmes, le département Performance Improvement est en charge de l’amélioration de la performance d'entreprise. Dans ce cadre, vous intégrerez l’équipe de costing qui est responsable de l’évaluation des coûts des projets de développements avion. Vous aurez ainsi l’opportunité d’acquérir les compétences techniques autour des avions ATR tout en développant les compétences financières inhérente au métier du costing. Plus spécifiquement, vous contribuerez à :

• Constituer l’état des lieux des données de coûts existantes
• Consolider et analyser le retour d’expérience des projets majeurs de développement avions
• Spécifier et préparer le développement d’un nouvel outil de gestion des coûts
• Suivre la phase de développement informatique et implémentation du nouvel outil

Descriptif des missions proposées

Développement d'un processus de gestion des exigences d'interface et d'un outil de gestion des interfaces pour les systèmes.

La méthode MBSE (Model Based System Engineering) est une approche dans laquelle un système est modélisé par différents modèles/blocs fonctionnels simulant son comportement, ses fonctions et ses caractéristiques physiques.

L'apprenti sera en charge de :

• Développer et formaliser le processus de gestion des exigences d'interface en utilisant l'approche MBSE.
• Mettre en œuvre des exemples concrets pour la communication technique et la formation.
• Accompagner le choix de l'outil et le déploiement associé.
• Accompagner le déploiement du processus et de la méthode auprès de l'équipe d'ingénierie.
• Développer des modèles des différents systèmes et de leurs interfaces basés sur des spécifications de haut niveau.

Detailed description of the mission

Development of an interface requirements management process and an interface management tool for Systems.

The MBSE (Model Based System Engineering) method is an approach in which a system is modeled by different models/functional blocks simulating its behavior, functions, and physical characteristics.

The apprentice will be in charge of :

• Developing and formalizing the process of interface requirement management by using the MBSE approach.
• Implementing concrete examples for technical communication and training.
• Supporting the tool's choice and the associated deployment.
• Supporting the deployment of the process and method to the engineering team.
• Developing models of the different systems and their interfaces based on high-level specifications.

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the ATR design office. The Systems & Propulsion CoC is looking for a Landing Gear engineer.

You will be in charge of developments on the landing gears, from feasibility to certification and entry into service, and will ensure the support to the production line and to the customers.

The activities will include suppliers follow-up, discussions with airworthiness authorities, interactions with several directorates within the company (FAL, flight tests, program, procurement, safety, quality…).

You will be the focal point of the CoC for Landing Gear methods and tools development and management.

We are looking for an engineer with the following skills and experience:

• A global view of the landing gear on the technical level, with a good knowledge of structural design and stress computations.

MISSION

Inside the Engineering department (E) and in particular in the Systems General Studies service (EYG) your mission will be to participate to the systems’ safety analyses on all the aircraft systems following the guidelines provided by ARP 4754(A) and ARP 4761.

ACTIVITIES

You will participate to the following activities in collaboration with systems’ designers:

• Participate to the Safety process update and deployment to new ATR development"
• Discussions with certification authorities
• Determining the safety requirements to be provided to equipment/system suppliers
• Attending projects review meetings after reviewing/approving projects’ deliverables

You will provide support to the airworthiness service in the definition of in-service events severity in line with systems’ designers.

You will also provide support to the scheduled maintenance service, namely in the justifications for the Time Limits document.

PROFILE

The candidate shall have a significant experience in aeronautical systems and in systems’ safety analyses.

The candidate shall have the following skills:

• Experience in certification
• Good knowledge of Certification Specifications JAR/FAR/CS 25, CS E and CS P and of the development standards (DO, ARP, …)
• In-depth knowledge of:

• CS/AMC 25.1309, ARP 4754(A) and ARP 4761
• Systems safety analyses (FHA, PSSA, SSA)
• Fault trees/dependence diagrams modeling
• Common Cause Analyses (ZSA, PRAs, CMA)
• FMEA/FMES
• Equipment reliability issues and associated computations
• Aircraft systems architecture and in particular critical ones, installation and segregation/separation rules and system development process
• Knowledge of at least one fault tree/dependence diagram software tool. SARAA software tool knowledge will be appreciated.

Language: French, Intermediate level English (speaking, reading and writing)

MISSION

PROFIL

Ingénieur(e) généraliste, le(la) titulaire démontre une expérience significative en systèmes aéronautiques ainsi que dans les analyses de sécurité de ces systèmes.

Le(la) titulaire démontre les compétences suivantes :

• Expérience en certification
• Très bonnes connaissances de la règlementation JAR/FAR/CS 25 associée aux standards de développement (DO, ARP, …)
• Maîtrise de la CS/AMC 25.1309 et des ARP 4754 (A) et ARP 4761
• Bonnes connaissances :

MISSIONS

Within the ATR ‘s Engineering Directorate, the applicant will join the Processes Methods and Tools team. She/he will be part of the team in charge of the governance of Operational Processes in terms of Methods and Tools.

In relation with the technical Center of Competences and transversals departments of the ATR Engineering, the team’s  missions consists in maintaining and developing the certificates (ISO14001, EN9100) and the Design Organization Approval (Part 21) by developing and continuously enhance and support the operational processes of the Engineering in terms of methods and dedicated tools.

Among others, the candidate is in charge of the managing of the following activities:

• Contribute to develop and enhance the efficiency of the Quality Systems put in place to sustain the Quality and Environmental certificates and the Design Organization Approval (Design Assurance System)
• Participate to internal and external audits to maintain certificates and Approval.
• Promote continuous improvement and support Center of Competences on this activity
• Focal point for the team, on technical or operational subjects
• Support and coordinate certificates (ISO14001 & EN 9100)
• Participate to the global data management and associated processes for PLM

PROFILE

10 year experience in aeronautic engineering activities with a strong experience on processes and methods supported by significant Project Management experiences.
