• Serves as the Air National Guard SME and enterprise-wide Program Manager for the energy and energy resiliency contracts.
• Manages and oversees functions on all ANG headquarters energy and energy resiliency special programs.
• Functions as the subject matter expert concerning adequacy, propriety, and direction of administrative and current functions operations associated with the Air Force-level program.
• Prepares professional playbooks, articles, implementation plans and guidance, program policy letters, training and other official publications and forms of information transfer. In order to support, the Air National Guard and balancing the state/territory and federal missions.
• Represents the Air National Guard on committees and technical working groups, staying current on policy and technical development, and advises on Air National Guard level decisions and policy.

• Plans, organizes, and oversees assigned activities in the Environmental or Asset Management Division.
• Exercises program and project management responsibilities
• Represents the Environmental or Asset Management Division with a variety of USAF/DoD organizations, groups, teams, or committees.
• Communicates and coordinates environmental issues with higher headquarters, regulatory agencies, other installation units, community officials, etc.
• Participates in the development and execution of the environmental budget and preparation of planning, programming, and budgeting system (PPBS) documentation in support of environmental Quality Branch.

As an Engineering Equipment Operator, WG-5716-08, you will perform duties related to operation of gasoline or diesel powered engineering and construction equipment. This position is temporary in nature and is filled periodically in those situations where the state is tasked with special projects. Perform other duties as assigned.
