Key Responsibilities:
· Market Analysis and Lead Generation: Conduct thorough online research, utilize networking, engage in cold calling, and participate in industry events to identify potential clients. Generate leads by understanding market trends and customer needs within the security and IT solutions sector.
· Solution Crafting and Demonstrations: Leverage in-depth knowledge of the company's products and advancements in technology to perform detailed needs assessments. Recommend tailor-made solutions for clients' security requirements. Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our solutions.
· Sales Support and Proposal Development: Assist the sales team by crafting customized sales proposals that precisely address the security needs of potential clients. Highlight the unique value proposition of our solutions in these proposals.
· Technical Expertise and Industry Knowledge: Maintain an up-to-date understanding of technological advancements, product offerings, and industry trends. Use this knowledge to identify opportunities and challenges in the market.
· Client Relationship Management: Work closely with clients to understand their business and security challenges. Foster strong relationships to enhance customer loyalty and facilitate long-term business opportunities.
· Collaboration with Sales and Marketing: Partner with the sales team to refine sales strategies and tactics. Work with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials and campaigns that support the sales process.
· Installation and Post-Sales Support Coordination: Ensure that clients receive comprehensive installation and post-sales support by liaising with the customer support team.
Qualifications and Experience:
· Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in IT engineering, or a related field, is preferred. Additional qualifications in security systems, electronics, or relevant technical fields are advantageous.
· Industry Experience: Proven experience as a Pre-Sales specialist or a similar role in the AIOT or physical security industry. Demonstrated knowledge of and success with products such as CCTV, access control systems (ACS), and network technology.
· Technical and Analytical Skills: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a diverse audience. Strong analytical skills to understand and solve customer challenges, with a focus on crafting customized solutions.
· Communication and Negotiation: Outstanding communication skills are crucial, along with proven negotiation expertise to ensure proposals align with both client needs and company objectives.
· Industry Networking: An established network within the security industry will be highly regarded.
· Customer Focus: A strong commitment to understanding and meeting client needs, with an emphasis on building lasting relationships.
· Self-Motivation: Should be self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for technology and security solutions.
· SaaS Sales Experience: Experience with selling SaaS solutions, including CRM and cloud-based ACS/VMS, is highly desirable.
