Principal build contractor are looking for a Senior/Site Engineer for a QA/Checking role on the construction of a new build student accommodation project. Due to some of the nature of works involved it requires an engineer that has current/previous experience working on projects that include reinforced concrete frames/structures.
Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager your primary role will be the supervision for the groundworks/frame contractor ensuring that their setting out works are completed and correctly checked for the main building for a new student accommodation building which also includes a reinforced concrete basement, the provision of as built records, QA documentation as well as input with any planning and design issues. You will also be involved with site progress meetings providing input into the delivery of the project
CSCS Card will be a mandatory requirement as well as a proven track record doing a QA engineer role
