Randstad Construction & Property are working on behalf of a National Facilities Management company to find an experienced and collaborative Air and Fire Damper Remedials to join their team covering Glasgow. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out remedial works on air, ventilation and fire damper services across different sites.
Location: Glasgow (Mobile)
Salary: Competitive (up to £35,500 depending on experience)
Employment type: Full-time, permanent, Monday-Friday

An average day will include the following:
- Predominantly carrying out remedial works on air, ventilation and fire damper services as detailed by the line manager/supervisor
- Servicing work and technical reports/ paperwork as required such as Ventilation hygiene surveys, Fire Damper testing, Air quality testing and KEC completed in manual and electronic formats
- Perform analytical surveys of ventilation systems
- Carry out allocated service/remedial repair work within agreed time schedules at specific locations
An ideal candidate will have:
- Knowledge of legislative documentation including TR/19, BS:9999
- required to work at height using access equipment so must be physically fit
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office programmes
- Full driving licence
