May be required to work weekends, holidays and shift work as scheduled by the Director of Engineering to ensure the proper operations of the Hotel and its properties
Analyze, debug and resolve customers’ map compilation and web API issues
Participate in all Scrum activities including Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and
Define test methods and create test plans to determine if the software will perform accurately and reliably according to documented requirements established standards under both normal and abnormal conditions
Provide tier 2 and 3 troubleshooting support of Exchange and Lync issues

Improve and manage production cell quality system to reduce potential quality exposure & risk
Investigate quality issues and work with Engineering / Production to provide effective corrective/preventive action to eliminate recurrence
Reduce internal rework (together with Production & Engineering) to minimize impact to CONC, OTD and manufacturing cost
