We are seeking an enthusiastic Criminology AS and A Level Teacher to join our secondary school in Bradford on a full-time maternity cover basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated teacher to make a real impact in shaping the future of young minds.

Requirements:

• QTS or PGCE in a relevant subject area.
• Experience teaching Criminology at AS and A Level is highly desirable.
• A passion for the subject and the ability to inspire students.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality lessons in Criminology to AS and A Level students.
• Plan, prepare, and assess coursework and examinations in line with curriculum standards.
• Foster a supportive and engaging classroom environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
• Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback to help students reach their potential.
• Contribute to the wider school community through participation in staff meetings and development activities.
