Platform Property Care have a great opportunity for a Gas Engineer Service & Repair based in Herefordshire to join our award- winning Heating Team.
What could you be doing?
From minor servicing, full services, and repairs to basic pipe installations, we need you to help us keep our homes up to temperature.
As a team player, you’ll be hard working and keen to learn with a can-do attitude. You’ll be working in people’s homes, so you’ll need to be friendly and approachable with good communication skills. You’ll also need to be organised and recognise the importance of delivering good customer service.
Some things we need from you
• You will have sound experience and be ACS qualified and have CCN1, CKR1, HTR1, CEN1 (or CENWAT), MET1, LPG and CPA1.
• NVQ Level 2 Plumbing/ Heating/ Ventilation is essential
• You will be a good communicator and can work well with customers and other trades.
• You’ll have a full UK driving licence
• As you will be working in our customers’ homes you would also require a DBS check.
There is also the opportunity to earn up to £1500 per annum from the out of hours on-call allowance and voluntary overtime. This role will require being on the out of hours rota.
This is a mobile role covering a locality in Herefordshire around Hereford, Leominster and Ledbury so you will need to be based in or close to this area.

*The advertised salary is based upon a base salary for a Gas Engineer Service & Repair of £40,151 per annum, with average OTE earnings of up to £1,500 pro rata achieved from the out of hours on-call allowance and voluntary overtime.
