We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Shift Mechanical Engineer to join our facility management company. As the Lead Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing mechanical maintenance, repair, and operation activities across one of our flagship sites.

Salary: £58,000 + per year + overtime + benefits

Responsibilities:
* Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of mechanical systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
* Ensure all systems, components, and installations comply with relevant regulations, codes, and health and safety standards.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to procedures, inspections, and certifications.
* Team Leadership:
* Provide technical guidance and support to the maintenance team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
* Schedule and assign tasks to team members effectively, ensuring efficient utilisation of resources.
Requirements:
- NVQ level 3 or equivalent in a Mechanical discipline
- Current mechanical AP
- Lead experience in building services
