• Identify and lead initiatives on quality, service, HSE and costs
• Fulfilment of project deliverables within the approved time schedules
• Perform modifications and validations of new products, processes, tooling and equipment
• Ensure new processes or process improvements are in conformance with quality and legal requirements
• Correct deficiencies and provide preventative maintenance
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Engineering/Science or equivalent

- Experience with continuous improvement of processes and validations of processes and equipment
- Self-motivated, results-and-solution-orientated personality
- Highly analytical and structured way of working
