BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

Educated to GCSE level or equivalent with at least 3 grade C's or above.

As a Fabric Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a variety of sites, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards. You will be mobile, covering Southampton and the surrounding areas, providing a vital service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on fabric and building systems in offices and living spaces.
• Respond promptly to reactive maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and recommend preventative measures.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
• Collaborate with the wider FM team to ensure seamless service delivery.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in fabric maintenance within a commercial or residential environment.
• Strong understanding of building maintenance systems and procedures.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Relevant qualifications in building maintenance or a related field are advantageous.

• Production of construction/ commissioning programmes
• Management of your project site and office team, ensuring effectiveness in their role
• Achieving project milestones and deadlines
