Material Development 

• • Conduct material research and development according to company requirements.
  • Collect materials and perform material analysis and inspection, adjusting formulations based on analysis results.
  • Plan and document experimental procedures and processes, assisting other engineering personnel with material technical support.
  • Manage supplier relationships and environmental/material management, as well as responding to customer inquiries and surveys.

Process Management

• • Developing, optimising and improving manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, quality and safety.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of new processes, technologies and equipment.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental and regulatory requirements in all process engineering activities.
  • Manage operator and suppliers.

Requirements

• • Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field.
  • 1–2 years working experience in a related field would be an added advantage. However, fresh grads are also welcome to apply
  • Proficiency in fluent English and Malay; Mandarin is an additional advantage.
  • Willing to work extra hours if required.
  • Self-motivated and be able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Possess own transportation.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Engineer to join our team and contribute to the support and maintenance of UPS systems for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of UPS systems (single-phase and three-phase).
• Conduct regular on-site inspections to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
• Diagnose and repair faults in UPS units, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.
• Provide technical support and advice to clients regarding the operation and maintenance of their UPS systems.
• Work with other departments, including sales and customer support, to deliver a seamless service experience.
• Maintain detailed service reports and documentation for all work completed.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols during all site activities.
• Provide 24/7 on-call support for urgent repairs or troubleshooting, when necessary.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
