What You’ll Get to Do:
Responsible for the blend of user experience (UX) skills and front-end development to ensure products are usable, stable, and attractive to the end user including aspects of branding, design, usability, and function. Apply design thinking methodology to solve complex problems covering UI design, business process design, and service design. Utilize user research and be able to productize the user needs into a compelling product vision through branding, high-fidelity mock-ups, Persona, user journeys, and storyboards to gain user and organizational consensus. Responsible for all aspects of the experience of a product. Collaborates with users, researchers, designers, and developers to create concepts, iterate, and user-test products, websites, or applications. Studies and evaluates how users interact with a system, looking at things like ease of use, perception of the value, utility, and efficiency in performing tasks. Organizes information to understand human behavior as it relates to their projects, and create interactive experiences that engage users.
Must be willing to work onsite in Norfolk, Virginia.

Lead the UI engineering effort through project completion.
Review Government Furnished Information.
Review all training requirements from the Solution Architects.
Support design meetings with Software Developers, Solution Architects, and Software Engineers.
