I am currently working with one of the UK's biggest packaging manufacturers who are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join their team in Leighton Buzzard.
Main responsibilties:
- Reporting into the Plant Manager
- Managing a team of 10-20 staff
- Involved in any developments of procedures
- Making sure team if compliant to all health and safety procedures in place on site
- Carrying out continuous improvements
- Developing staff and making sure all training needed is provided
- Aspects of budget management
- Assisting with project launches
To be considered for this position you will have worked in an Engineering Management position and come from a plastics packaging/ manufacturing background.
