4. Collaborate closely with development teams to integrate infrastructure requirements with a security-first approach.
5. Proactively monitor and troubleshoot production systems, quickly addressing and mitigating security vulnerabilities and operational issues.

• Proven experience in a DevSecOps leadership role, particularly in high-traffic, public sector environments.
• Expertise in secure CI/CD pipeline construction and management (Jenkins, GitLab, CircleCI, etc.).
• Proficiency in containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) with a focus on security.
• Strong scripting skills in languages like Bash, Python, or Ruby, with an emphasis on automating security tasks.
• In-depth knowledge of infrastructure and configuration management tools (Ansible, Terraform), integrating security best practices.
• Experience with major cloud platforms (Alibaba Cloud, AWS, GCP, Azure) and infrastructure as code, with a focus on secure deployment.
• Familiarity with event-driven platforms (Kafka, NSQ, RabbitMQ) and their secure implementation.
• Background in secure microservices architecture development or design.
