You will report to the Vice President of DXC Engineering. You will lead the global engineering team focused on building solutions for the Customer Success domain that span from post purchase, onboarding, learning, search, chat.
Responsibilities
Lead global engineering teams spanning multiple locations
Part of the DXC extended leadership team, accountable for scoping and on-time delivery of roadmap in collaboration with product management and design
Drive a culture of continuous improvement in quality, durability, and productivity, motivated by measurable metrics
Provide mentorship to managers and ICs to build bench for a growing org
Provide technical wisdom and guidance in every-day decisions such as build vs. buy vs. open-source
Improve operational excellence in services deployed by your team
Minimum Qualifications
10+ years of experience directing global teams of similar scale in a global name-brand SaaS/cloud vendor.
Experience leading development organizations with highly complex and scalable products and experience in developing for global deployment
Intimate familiarity with modern SaaS implementations, including areas such as in-product analytics, A/B testing, canary deployments, etc. and a data-driven approach to product development
Direct experience with cloud-based document or content management technologies, search, chat, ML and knowledge of commercial and open-source alternatives
Production familiarity with microservices-based implementations and the planning, testing and deployment nuances specific to such an environment
Ability to communicate effectively in writing, orally or via presentations
Preferred Qualifications

Hands-on and entrepreneurial style — one that looks to become personally involved in all elements of managing their functional responsibility, and someone who seeks to develop like-minded senior managers with similar capabilities
Does not have need to be the smartest person in a room and instead seeks the optimal outcome from the team
Challenges the status quo, be a role model and sets the high bar on engineering excellence

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $193,800 and $313,500. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
