About You and This Role

In this role, you will define and deliver the HR digital strategy, supporting a model that drives Dow's Employee Experience. You will identify, prioritize, and recommend strategic investments in technology improvements aligned to corporate IT strategy. You will define technology performance metrics and key performance indicators based on leading practices and the desired employee experience and be accountable for the performance and results of the HR IT discipline, guided by the overall HR and IT strategies.  You will manage relationships to generate and initiate value-add capabilities and delivery with HR processes and technology to achieve desired results. Responsibilities

• Lead the global HR technology team to uplift HR services using contemporary digital solutions

Qualifications

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E6 ranking or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant
