JOB SUMMARY (GENERAL NATURE / OBJECTIVES OF THE JOB)
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced M&E Manager with a strong background in consultancy and design. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in M&E Engineering and demonstrate expertise in leading the design and coordination of M&E systems for large-scale projects. This role requires excellent technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to deliver sustainable and innovative solutions. You will be working closely with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Project Location : CR101 (LTA) , Waterfront Development (RWS).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES
Design and Engineering: Lead the design of M&E systems, ensuring compliance with standards, perform calculations, review drawings, and utilize CAD/BIM for optimal integration. Consultancy: Advise clients on M&E system selection, conduct feasibility studies, and ensure designs are cost-effective and sustainable. Project Management: Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, manage design modifications, and provide on-site technical support. Sustainability: Promote energy-efficient designs, integrate renewable solutions, and introduce innovative M&E technologies. Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulations, conduct risk assessments, and liaise with authorities for approvals. Documentation: Maintain thorough design documentation, prepare reports, and lead design review meetings. Team Leadership: Mentor design engineers, ensuring the team is coordinated and delivers high-quality outputs.
