Role: Fabric Maintenance Engineer
Location: Mobile across PO, SO postcodes, and surrounding areas
Salary: Up to £34,000 per annum
Holiday: 25 days + 8 public holidays
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Call Out: 1 in 4
Benefits: Company van + Fuel Card
What You'll Be Doing:
- Conducting maintenance and repair work on historical Grade II listed buildings.
- Performing a variety of fabric maintenance tasks including plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs.
- Managing and prioritizing a varied workload across multiple sites.
- Ensuring all work complies with safety regulations and preservation guidelines.

- Proven experience in fabric maintenance and repair work.
- Individual's highly skilled in reactive maintenance .
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to high-quality work.
