A. Performs Healthcare Planning/Design Management

Project needs are determined for the organization down to the department level based on a broad array of guidelines, standards, regulatory requirements and mission priorities. The position provides a broad review of all disciplines of Engineering when applied to a healthcare environment to support construction document reviews and preparation.

B. Manages Healthcare Design and Construction Administration

C. Performs Healthcare Construction Management and Post Project Activities
The position provides direction and guidance to the contractor for construction within the facility. Project management: Assist senior staff members in planning, engineering management, operation, and overall coordination; and for providing advice, assistance and information on all matters related to assigned conventional projects of moderate complexity. Work typically requires coordination of project work requirements with other technical and administrative elements within the agency. Applies standardized knowledge of engineering principles, methods, techniques, and criteria to projects that are conventional in nature.
