Location: This is a field based, mobile position covering the Cornwall region (For the TR postcode).

This role is working for high street retailers & banks clients for the TS-Mobile division.

Salary: The salary is based between £28,548-£50,000. The salary on offer that is made will be dependant upon the candidate`s qualifications and experience.

We are looking for an experienced Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to undertake the maintenance and repair of air conditioning equipment. This includes service, maintenance, and repair of split AC systems, VRV/VRF systems and heat pumps. You may also be required to work on specific refrigeration equipment such as chilled cabinets / multideck or ice machines.

You will have the opportunity to work across a variety of manufacturer plants, for example, Daikin, Mitsubishi, Media, Toshiba, and LG. Understanding installation designs and bespoke manufacturer trouble shooting procedures, whilst also being comfortable with seeking manufacturer technical support autonomously is desirable. You will be expected to complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time, keeping logs of inspections reports and remedial work.

Candidates will have a full current driving licence and be willing to participate in an On-Call rota. You'll be capable of performing manual tasks, including manual handling, working at heights and in confined spaces. Good verbal and written communication are important, including the ability to use a handheld computer device (PDA). You'll need to be highly self-motivated, and solutions focussed with the ability to work without supervision but also enjoy working as part of a team.

The ideal candidate will have experience within a Maintenance / Facilities Management environment. You must have relevant qualifications e.g., FGAS & ODS regs, time served apprenticeship, C&G Level 3 / NVQ or equivalent. Also, knowledge of Health & Safety, Permit to Work procedures and safe systems of working. You will be provided opportunities for training, development, progression, and internal promotions.

You will be tasked with providing technical support upon 3 sites based in Weybridge, Maidenhead & Brentside with the aim to maximise facility "up time" and reliability for the clients' customers. This will require you to oversee compliance & health and safety of various Engineering activities on site including but not limited to: PSSR, LOLER, Legionella, F-Gas and various other M&E works. Additionally you be responsible providing further training, supporting the team ahead of work audits, assisting in the investigation of engineering issues or failures and much more.
