Job Responsibilities:
To coordinate new test run of new mould supplied by customer or in-house tooling.
To establish process that produces the best product quality with minimum cycle time at the same time taking care of machine and mould safety.
To perform evaluation of new or existing mould, new product and machines: anticipate specific problem from machine, process, mould or material.
To perform interior product analysis and investigation.
To perform process improvement and contribute ideas for project further improvement.
To interact with the counterpart on the customer side on any technical and quality issues when required.
To monitor and perform SPC on new product before mass production on progress.
To ensure proper engineering documentation and working manual for all products.
To collaborate with other departments from new project till part approval stage included attending NPEA meeting and Capability Review Meeting.
Requirements:
Process at least Diploma in Engineering or equivalent with at least 2 years relevant experience in a Plastic Injection Molding manufacturing environment.
Excellent in analysis of root causes and use statistical chart.
Strong planning, analytical thinker and problem solving skill.
Good interpersonal skill, ability to work as part of team, to motivate team efforts and to deliver targets within realistic timelines.
Pro- active and able to work independently with minima supervision.

Melakukan survey lokasi pemasangan sistem PLTS dan memberikan laporannya kepada atasan, manajemen dan pihak distributor.
Menganalisa dan mendesain konstruksi system PLTS dari project potensial dan yang sedang berjalan.
Menyusun Bill of Quantity (BOQ) sistem PLTS.
Melaksanakan simulasi sistem PLTS menggunakan PVSyst dan memastikan tidak terdapat error dan hambatan lain dalam desain.
Membuat desain 3D dan DED detailed engineering designs (sesuai permintaan developer) pada perancangan sistem PLTS menggunakan aplikasi i.e. Sketch up dan Autocad.
Memastikan Instalasi PLTS sesuai rancangan yang telah di mendapat Approval dari Developer.
Turut terlibat dalam tahap commissioning, menyiapkan dokumen hand-over sesuai standar yang telah ditetapkan oleh developer; Melaksanakan Operation and Maintenance (O&M) sistem PLTS di proyek tersebut secara reguler paska commissioning.
Mengecek item dan jumlah peralatan yang akan di instalasi dan paska instalasi untuk memastikan kodisi nya layal pakai dan tepat jumlah nya.
Menjalankan tugas lain yang diberikan oleh atasan langsung yang berkitan dengan jabatan ini.
