As a, SUPERVISORY CIVIL ENGINEER, GS-0810-12, you will supervise three or more subordinates consisting of Civil Engineers, Architects, or Engineering Technicians. • You will interpret and analyze complex legislation, policy and regulatory decisions for application to Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (NERP) system and associated feeder systems.
