We are recruiting for a Process Engineer to join our busy Paint Department. In this exciting role, you will be accountable for the trialling, testing and process optimisation of all new paint machines for Games Workshop.
The main objective in this challenging role is to make the right paint and the right volumes to meet requirements efficiently. You will do this by trialling prototype tools and doing test runs to always ensure the highest quality and cost effectiveness. You will document the results of your tests and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to share processes and drive projects forward. Meticulous attention to detail is essential as you will be working under tight deadlines and delivering results without compromising accuracy.
If you are self-motivated, keen and eager to seek out and trial the latest technologies and techniques to ensure the best possible manufacturing methods are being used, then this could be the role for you.
An engineering background and knowledge of Injection Moulding are essential for this position.
