**Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician**
**Salary:** £36,500 to £39,000 per annum + Overtime available
**Location:** Redditch
**Hours:** Rotating Day Shifts
*Week 1: Monday to Thursday, 6am to 5pm*
*Week 2: Tuesday to Friday, 6am to 5pm*
We are currently recruiting for an experienced **Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician** on behalf of a well-established manufacturing company based in Redditch. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team where youll be responsible for the repair, maintenance, and servicing of critical plant and machinery.
Key Responsibilities:

As a **Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician** , your primary duties will include:
* **Repairing and maintaining plant and machinery** : Ensuring all equipment is running efficiently and minimizing downtime.
* **Reactive and preventative maintenance** : Responding quickly to breakdowns and identifying areas for continuous improvement in maintenance processes.
* **Spare parts management** : Identifying and specifying required spare parts for machines and equipment, ensuring availability when needed.
* **Machinery Working on: ** Gas Furnaces, CNC machines, Hydraulic and mechanical presses, ovens and furnaces, grinding machines, EMD, presses.
* **PLC Fault Finding: ** Siemens
Required Skills and Experience:

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
* **Apprentice trained or equivalent experience** in a relevant maintenance discipline (mechanical, electrical, and Hydraulics).
* **Previous experience in a manufacturing environment** , with a strong understanding of factory operations.
* **Experience working with mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical systems** , with the ability to diagnose and resolve faults across various technologies.
* **Ability to adapt and work across multiple machines**
