The Project Engineer will execute projects related to Building Management Systems (BMS) and Power Monitoring Systems (PMS) for commercial, industrial, and hospitality sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Execution:
1. Manage BMS and PMS projects from conception to completion.
2. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
3. Ensure projects meet technical requirements, timelines, and budget, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Technical Expertise:
1. Design, configure, and commission BMS and PMS systems.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
3. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
Project Planning and Management:
1. Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
2. Conduct site surveys and assessments.
3. Prepare and manage project documentation.
Collaboration and Communication:
1. Work closely with sales, engineering, and operations teams.
2. Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and vendors.
3. Provide technical support and customer trainings.
Quality Assurance and Safety:
1. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements:
Education:
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Engineering Services or related fields.
Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in BMS, PMS, or related industries is preferred but not mandatory
- Proven track record in project execution and management is preferred but not mandatory
