What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed, you will need at least 6 years' post-graduate experience in the design of highway schemes, and preferably some experience in maintenance design.
Experience using AutoCAD, KeyLines, KeySigns and vehicle tracking software is also highly desirable.
Chartership is not a requirement however in order to access the higher salary banding, it's important.

Duties requested of a Fabric Engineer:

• Carry out planned Reactive maintenance work within Commercial environments (Building Fabric Maintenance)

• Minor decorating tasks

The Medical Device Service support users of medical equipment across all of our hospital sites within the Northern Care Alliance.

Main duties:

You will have a key role in supporting the departments responsibility for the maintenance, repair and sub-contractor management of Medical equipment. This will Include first line support to users of Medical equipment to Optimise systems up time to gain maximum use of Medical equipment.

Ideally, you will possess a minimum of HNC in Electronics and Clinical engineering and have relevant experience since qualifying in the field of Medical Electronics. Recognised formal training attaining the relevant craft qualification, NVQ Level 2/3
or equivalent
ACS Qualifications CCN1, HTR1, CKR1, CENWAT
UNVENTED qualifications are desirable but not essential
Understanding of gas legislation
Full driving license
Understanding of Health and Safety and working to best practice
Ability to manage own time and workload
Experience of working with the public, demonstrating excellent customer service

Liberty has an exciting opportunity for a Gas Breakdown Engineer to join our team, based in Salford. You will be working on a full-time, permanent basis, working 40 hours per week and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of Basic £30,680 per annum (£14.71 per hour) basic Plus OTE earnings of over £40K Plus Company Van, Fuel Card & Excellent Benefits!

Responsibilities for this Gas Breakdown Engineer will include:

Undertake the servicing, repairing and maintenance of Domestic heating systems

Complete works in accordance with specification and gas safe regulations

Completion of all relevant paperwork

Ensure customer satisfaction and safety

Participate in out of hour's works, including overtime, call out etc.

Work to operational procedures, safe working practices and H&S procedures

Reporting of all accidents, near miss events or potential hazards

Undertake all other maintenance works within remit

Work flexibly with a diverse range of customers
