We are looking for a Team Administrator to join our Community Paediatrics team.
The Community Paediatrics Department in Kent Community Health Foundation Trust (KCHFT)is formed of two localities – North (Dartford, Gravesend and Swanley) and West Kent (Maidstone, Malling,
Sevenoaks, Tonbridge, Tunbridge Wells and Cranbrook).
The Central referrals and appointments team accepts referrals Paediatric services including ASD, ADHD and other neurodevelopmental issues from
the GP, Education (including special schools) and other health care providers.
As a Team Administrator you will undertake comprehensive administrative tasks, such as handling team correspondence, scheduling appointments, clinics and meetings, managing agendas, diary management for the team, task related problem solving, maintaining stock of equipment and supplies and completion of standard forms, surveys and audits.
You will ensure that our administration systems work to fully support the patient journey, by providing medical secretarial support or leading the provision of administration for a project, process or system and where appropriate providing day to day supervision of band 2
admin support.
In addition, you will act as a first point of contact for enquires by telephone, email and face to face, liaising with colleagues in other teams, services and directorates and assessing, resolving and escalating team issues.
