What You Will Do:
Guidehouse is shaping Zero Trust strategies and implementation across multiple federal clients. We apply a holistic approach that encompasses the Zero Trust pillars and addresses organizational culture, business processes, and other technical areas. We are currently seeking a Zero Trust Project Manager to assist customers in their journey toward a Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA). The Project Manager will lead the teams responsible for assessing our customer’s current ZTA posture, designing future state architectures, developing documentation, communicating with the customer, and managing schedule and risk.
Specific Duties will include:
- Assist in planning and leading technical professionals and cross-functional teams
- Create and manage project plans and track deliverables
- Provide oversight and review of project deliverables to manage and control quality
- Demonstrate communications skills with all levels of management
- Support program management activities throughout the lifecycle of the ZTA project
- Develop ZTA documentation including strategy development, roadmaps, presentations, and other technical and non-technical documentation.
- Work with key stakeholders to track, report, and drive ZTA adoption
- Work with key stakeholders to anticipate, identify, and mitigate project risk using best practice program management tools and methodology
- Provide continuous improvement recommendations and risk mitigations for ZTA implementation across all ZTA pillars
What You Will Need:
- 8 or more years of relevant experience delivering complex IT systems
- Knowledge of cybersecurity threats and information system technologies
- Experience advising clients using Zero Trust’s guiding principles
- Advanced proficiency in analytical, organizational, project management, interpersonal, and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to work positively with a wide range of individuals involved in program management
- Expertise in performing project planning activities
- Ability to tailor communication to effectively reach an audience
- Strong leadership and management skills
What Would Be Nice To Have:
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience with some or all of the following solutions: SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, Zscaler, CrowdStrike, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Azure, AWS, AppGate, and other Zero Trust enabling technology
- Experience supporting large federal organizations
The annual salary range for this position is $125,600.00-$188,400.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
