Job Title: Finance Executive (BYD)
Responsibilities:
· Create and update spreadsheets of daily transactions for aftersales department
· Review and process reimbursements
· Keep records of invoices and tax payments
· Create and manage Purchase orders
· Identify and address account discrepancies
· Participate in commission, incentive calculations
· Manage contractors payments & billings
· Liaising with contractors for any aftersales related
· Create contact list book for necessary contractors
· Input supplier payments and prepare payment listings
· Opening and Closing after collection of payment from customers
· Manage day-to-day financial operations, including update accounts receivable and payable, issue tax invoices timely and accurately.
· Assist in quarterly GST preparation and submission, annual auditing, tax and other financial needs as necessary.
· Prepare monthly different type of finance reports and submit to HQ.
· Computer literate and proficient with MS Office and MS Excel (pivot table and vlookup).
· Coordinate with external stakeholders, including financial institutions, and regulatory authorities, as needed.
· Ability to handle full set of accounts is preferred.
Requirements:
· Minimum Diploma or above, preferably in Finance/ Accountancy or equivalent.
· Detailed, analytical, dynamic, and able to meet tight deadlines.
· Computer literate and proficient with MS Office and MS Excel.
· Have at least 3 years of relevant working experiences.
· Pleasant personality and good team player.
· Experiences in ERP system
· Experiences with Automotive trade is welcome
