Qualifications:

All Sales Ledger queries received from Guests and Companies to be dealt with on the day received.
Create and process concessionaire invoices as well as credit notes as and when required.
To administer and communicate the process and requests of "new" client set ups on Opera.
Check, create & send Airline Invoices / summaries to Airlines as agrred.
Hold weekly meeting to monitor that Paymasters (One Accounts in Guest Ledger) are being closed off on a timely basis

Finance Assistant

A DAY IN YOUR LIFE:

As Finance Assistant you will support the hotels Financial control and General Manager to ensure financial controls and systems are adhered to company policy. On a daily and weekly basis you will prepare the daily control reports, manage the daily internal audit, be the finance liaise with the operations team for daily and weekly reconcillation, manage the hotels AR ledger and reconcilliation, assisting the Cycas Hospitality Accounts Payable team with accurate invoicing batch reports, monitor and report on purchase order processes, and be the office liaise for the supply chain.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:


Minimum 1 years’ experience in a Hotel Finance Environment.
Proven ability to work within a team environment, and be a good communictaor.
Exhibit attention to detail and showcase good organisational skills.
Knowledge of Opera PMS, Birchstreet Purchasing would advantageous.
Good Microsoft Knowledge skills enc. Excel also advantageous.

Working across a range of departments including Housekeeping, Kitchen and Food & Beverage our Hospitality Assistants will provide a first class service to help us to deliver amazing experiences for our residents and go the extra mile.

From our exceptional dining experiences to our luxurious environment, our Hospitality Assistants are responsible for the upkeep of the non-clinical areas of our home.

Responsibilities will vary on each shift depending on which department you are supporting.

In Housekeeping, you’ll apply your high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and tidiness to our resident’s homes and communal living spaces, to ensure they’re spotlessly clean and beautifully presented. You’ll also be working in laundry ensuring residents’ clothing and the home’s laundry are kept clean.

You’ll also support the Head Chef and their team in the kitchens to manage and deliver all catering services throughout the home. You’ll prepare nutritional food and beverages to a high standard for our residents and maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen and food storage areas at all times.

Working in Food & Beverage you’ll welcome residents in, explain menu choices in a clear, concise way, serve food from the kitchen and take pride in keeping the dining room spotlessly clean. You’ll reset tables, tidy work areas and prepare the food service areas for the next service.
