You will be responsible for providing support to the Logistics function by undertaking general office and store/warehouse duties, maintaining records, storing and securing stocks, and, when necessary, delivering goods to ensure that an effective and efficient supply chain and logistics service is maintained to all areas of the Trust.
You will provide assistance in the form of order and requisition processing and data input and will also provide support to the Stores Officer and Manager in the day-to-day administrative running of the stores, liaising with personnel within the Trust and suppliers to the Trust.

You will have good knowledge of Microsoft Office computer packages and hold a good standard of education, together with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Previous stores/warehouse experience would be an advantage, as would a knowledge of medical equipment, consumables and transportation of medicines.
The ability to work unsupervised and to organise your workload to meet deadlines is also a vital requirement of this role. There will be a requirement to be adaptable in responding to logistical challenges relating to the supply of medicines, consumables and personal protective equipment as required.
You will need to have a full C1 driving licence.
