The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Finance Assistant to join our Finance Operations team structure, supporting our Accounts Payable team using our Oracle Fusion "People & Money" system. This position is based at 9-16 Chambers Street, Edinburgh EH1 1HT.

This post is full-time (35 hours per week). We are offering hybrid working (on a non-contractual basis). following a successful induction, that combines a mix of remote and regular on-campus working.

We are looking for someone with general finance and administrative experience (preferably in the HE or public sectors).

Grade UE04: £23,144 to £25,138 per annum (A revised salary range for this grade of £24,533 to £27,181 is planned to take effect from Spring 2024)

We are looking for a Finance Business Support Assistant to join the School of Physics and Astronomy’s Finance Team

The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Finance Business Support Assistant to provide financial transaction processing support to both staff and PhD students within the School, supporting our core research and finance activities. Whilst the post is advertised as full-time, we would consider applications for between 0.8 FTE and 1 FTE (ie. 28 to 35 hours per week).
