You will also undertake some environmental monitoring duties which are essential in ensuring that the environment remains in a controlled state.

There are also administration tasks to undertake as well as stock management activities such as stock checks, receipt of stock and expiry date checks. We are looking for a conscientious individual who will take a methodical approach to a task and who appreciates the importance of following procedures.

The entry banding for this role is either a Band 2 or Band 3. This is dependent on prior Pharmacy qualifications and experience. This will be discussed at Interview. Once fully trained and qualified the post will be a Band 3. JOB PURPOSE

This role supports all C&B and Financial operations activities for the Fujifilm Business Innovation Asia Pacific (FBAP) office and in the region. Accounts Payables

• Being a key pointof contact for other departments on financial and accounting matters
• Maintain Vendor and Staff records in Finance System

Monthly Closing

• Raise billing requests for facility utilization
• Intercompany charging and reconciliation

• Maintain proper revenue and expense recognition in compliance with finance policy and FRS standards. Work closely with HODs / Operations to ensure revenue and expenses are reconciled and reported correctly.
• Perform reconciliation balance sheet accounts and banks.
• Review Detor’s aging report and follow up with HODs on any outstanding collection.
• Assisting in general financial management and analysis.
• Assist in treasury matters such as cash flow management, banking relationships etc.

Quarterly Closing

• Preparation of GST report and submission
• Prepare and filing of Quarterly Survey to Singapore Department of Statistics

Handling of Project Accounting

• Check event budget form validity and route to the relevant authority for approval
• Maintaining events in the finance System

Others:

• Supporting the Finance Manager and Executives with projects and tasks when required

About the Role:

This position is an integral part of the team and is mainly responsible for Financial Reporting, Planning & Analysis and Treasury functions. He/she need to also perform other duties, ad hoc assignments and projects as assigned.

Roles and responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Prepare actual and budget/forecast financial reporting and presentation, including improve the template when needed.
• Perform variance analysis and document commentaries on financial results for the respective business and operation units.

• Ensure each business and operation units costs are being forecasted and accounted properly for before month end close.

The Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy is a leading public policy school in Asia, part of the National University of Singapore.
