CMA Recruitment Group is working exclusively with a global brand, based in Portsmouth, Hampshire. Due to company growth, a competent, self-motivated Senior Credit Controller is required to join the team and will take full responsibility managing live accounts, maintaining client relationships and cash flow.
What will the Senior Credit Control role involve?
• Management of c500 live accounts with a monthly ledger amount of £5M;
• Collecting UK and overseas outstanding debtor payments via telephone, email and letter;
• Resolution of queries;
• Allocation of payments;
• Supervision of 1 junior member of the team;
• Credit checking new businesses;
• Putting accounts on stop.
Suitable Candidate for the Senior Credit Control vacancy:
• Possess excellent credit control experience gained from an SME or larger business;
• Strong communication skills with the ability to forge long lasting relationships;
• Self-motivated and proactive;
• Able to commence at short notice, although candidates on 1 month notice period will also be considered.
