Your new role

The Finance Reporting Manager will work closely with our Finance Team to ensure that all internal and external reporting requirements are met. This is a new role as part of the expansion of the business.

Full training will be provided on in-house and third-party systems. The position is full-time, and the place of work will be a combination of home and office according to the company's needs.
Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of internal and external reporting for monthly, quarterly and annual reports.

• VAT returns.

You will be operationally supporting the CHPS senior leadership team and to provide an effective business/administration and performance management support service. Starting with NELFT

NELFT place a great deal of importance on new starters being properly welcomed and inducted into the Trust. High Cost Area Supplement - Outer London

The Service Delivery Manager will provide management support in ensuring safe, high-quality evidence-based services are available to adults referred onto the Clinical Health pathway; developing and delivering a comprehensive specialist service that is adult-centred; pro-actively resolving day-to-day A&C management issues and works in partnership with families and other agencies.

The post holder will work closely with the Head of Service, Operational Leads, and multidisciplinary Clinical Leads to drive the successful delivery of the Clinical Health Psychological Service.

1. Performance and Systems management

• Assist in the implementation of effective processes and procedures to monitor and track performance within the Service. To support clinicians in resolving issues where agreed performance is not being met.

• Collate, analyse, and act on data to ensure balanced demand and capacity modelling, proactively managing adverse situations.

• Ensure proactive management of patient pathway issues to ensure all national targets are met, and coordinate and manage processes through teams to ensure compliance.

• Responsible for the compliance, accuracy and maintenance of both local service data systems and the service’s performance with the Trust wide information system such as Rio.

• Ensure the accuracy of the PTL / RTT reports and efficient management of the patient caseload by use of this report in conjunction with the Rio waiting list.

• Contribute to team activity reports and annual KPI reports.

• Actively support team feedback and take appropriate actions to support varying standards of performance.

• Implementing strategies to increase successful collections on outstanding debt and improve efficiency in ways of working
