You'll be required to support the day to day management of the property retail operation so that it is commercially successful and consistently exceeds our visitors expectations. You'll monitor stock and merchandise products to achieve stretching financial targets, leading by example when it comes to maximising our profitability and income.

You'll also supervise paid and voluntary retail staff and work effectively alongside colleagues elsewhere in the property to deliver great service to visitors, promoting and enhancing the property's sense of place.

The post holder will be a registered clinician (nurse, OT, social worker, psychologist etc) with responsibility for the leadership, operational management, and development of CRHTT for people with mental health illnesses. The role involves working closely with people using the service, their families and carers, community-based teams, ICBs, primary care, other health and social services, and the voluntary sector to ensure that the service provided is of a high quality, is responsive to local need anddemonstratesvalue for money

• In the role of expert practitioner, to provide clinical leadership to the Spoke to enable the provision of a defined, recovery-focused service. It is expected that this post will work collaboratively with the Consultant Psychologists, Consultant Psychiatrists, Nurse and Associate Nurse Consultant and Service Managers as a senior clinical leadership team across the locality.

Job Description
Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a Local Authority in Berkshire for an Agresso/Unit4 Finance Manager to join the team on a temporary basis. The postholder will act as the Unit4/Agresso subject matter expert and will provide support across the function on system developments, administration and design.

Key Responsibilities

• To help the team support and maintain the Unit4 system.
• Assist on Unit4 Development work (upgrades, improvement work, module implementations).
• Ensuring that Finance and HR system users operate with optimised processes.
• Responsible for reviewing, designing, and ensuring compliance with system controls, access, processes and workflows.
• Serve as an in-house Unit4 super user and expert, responsible for resolving issues, delivering training, and promoting best practices.
• Create financial/HR reports to meet business requirements, providing insights and recommendations to management.
• Review user of the system to identify improvements that can be made for the end-user experience.
• Team training and development - including transfer of skills and knowledge.
• Proactively identify and resolve potential problems in an effort to prevent them from occurring and improve the overall customer experience.
• Write code and complete SQL scripting within established guidelines and standards.

Candidate Criteria

• Extensive knowledge of Unit4 Business World/ERP (Agresso)

• SQL and script-writing skills [Excelerator, RERX, Browsers or otherwise]
• 1st and 2nd line support experience, and be able to escalate higher issues to Unit4 (or other partners) directly

Role: Finance Manager

I am currently in search of a personable and professional Finance Manager to join my client's team based onsite in Slough. As the Finance Manager, you will oversee the accounting and finance operations, ensuring accurate cash flow monitoring, reporting, and forecasting, as well as managing service charges effectively.

The successful candidate will be a real team player who will roll up their sleeves to support with other office duties occasionally such as meeting and greeting clients and ad-hoc administrative tasks too.

Key duties will include but not be limited to;

• Deliver all accounting services including budget setting, year-end management periodic reporting and day to day management
• Regular reporting on service charges, landlord expenditure and cash flow
• Review budget management to ensure that expenditure is in line with forecast
• Review expenditure variances and challenge budget holders on inaccuracies
• Management of suppliers ensuring all PO's and queries are dealt with a timely fashion
• Cashflow reporting for service charges and landlord expenditure
• Assist with periodic audits
• Management of utility invoices
• Liase with relevant stakeholders regarding budget data and reporting to ensure correct administration concerning the payment of invoices
• Undertake all other reasonable duties as requested by the Centre Manager and Savills team.
