You have:

Key Role:

Maintain responsibility for day-to-day implementation of the AI Investment Technical Strategy and yearly priorities, including technical and business objectives. Ability to code at a high level in .NET languages (C#) as well as JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5/CSS. Experience with MS Azure, and experience/familiarity with Azure DevOps (ADO) is required. Experience with Team Found Server and or Azure DevOps (ADO) is preferred. Lead the day-to-day financial operations of a Civil Sector business unit. Partner with account executives to develop annual and multi-year business plans and provide strategic input and leadership on decision-making issues. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

Overview:

BD Home Care Business

The Home Care business within BD is unique in that it can manufacture products for consumers in the home and service them through our medical distribution subsidiary, Liberator Medical.  This business unit engages with a variety of stakeholders that range from B2B2C and leverages omni-channels to drive awareness, engagement, conversion, and retention of our customers.  The mission of the Home Care business is to deliver clinically superior solutions for people with chronic bladder conditions in their pursuit of normality and independence.  Solutions include both products and services to support customers through their entire journey.

Partner with the AR Shared Services Leader to design and implement processes and reporting associated with extending credit, managing credit, and executing AR collections for Barry-Wehmiller group customers within shared services scope of coverage. Coordinate and execute collections strategies, monitor daily collection efforts, support collectors in the resolution of past dues, and produce associated status reporting. Facilitate AR collections status update meetings for divisions we serve, ensuring information needs satisfied and escalations are prioritized and resolved. Identify common themes and root causes of past due AR, recommend corrective actions, and execute as approved. Continuously improve collections related measurement systems used to report SLA service delivery.  Develop and mentor team, organize daily efforts to the achievement of SLA performance requirements past due reduction targets.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):

• Coordinate and execute collections strategies to accelerate collections timeliness and effectiveness.
• Monitor daily collection efforts, support collectors in the resolution of past dues. Serve as a path of escalation for collectors when customers are unresponsive.
• Set collections priorities as agreed upon by the AR Shared Services Leader.
• Identify common themes and root causes of past due AR, recommend corrective actions, and execute as approved.
• Standardize credit and collections related processes (where appropriate).

• Recommend bad debt write-offs.  Ensure reserving occurs when needed, and reserved flags are accurately maintained in the AR subledger.
• Contribute to monthly SLA performance reporting for credit and collections related SLA agreements.
• Maintain a people-centric performance management environment where collaboration and team problem solving is the norm.
• Review and approve time off requests and timecards. Ensure coverage of daily activities is maintained.

What you'll be doing

You’ll be joining CIBC’s Business PMO. You’ll work closely with others to manage a portfolio of projects from end-to-end. As the Senior Manager, Change Management, you’ll be building a team of change professionals to manage and develop change plans for transformational initiatives. You’ll use your expertise in change management methodology to make recommendations for continuous improvements on all project plans and other change related practices.

How you'll succeed

Change management – Develop the Change Management discipline for CIBC's US region. Provide best practices for CIBC based on your expertise. Assess the efficiency of the practices and procedures used by the team, and provide guidance that will continuously improve change capabilities.
Teamwork – Help internal partners make informed conclusions about the development of programs, products, and services. Work closely with teams as you work toward a common goal and negotiate deliverables and milestones whenever necessary.

Communication - Provide visibility to transformational initiatives sequencing, planning and people change management components by performing analysis on skills and workforce, applying substantial communication and problem-solving skills

The Account Manager will handle a client portfolio and work with producers, sales professionals and teammates to service new and existing clients, help maintain positive client relationships, work to expand those relationships, and provide high quality of service to assigned accounts with a focus on the profitability of the business to the agency. 

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Provides renewal direction, training and support to team members on assigned accounts for renewal marketing within Commercial Lines.

• Maintains working knowledge of current markets and strives to place business with lead carrier partners and those with the best policy forms.

• Monitors workflows, consistency with processes and procedures and provides training for Commercial Lines team members.

• Recommends and implements procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness for the Commercial Lines department.

• Prepares and processes binders of insurance, policies, endorsements, certificates of insurance, audits and cancellations in accordance with office procedures.

• Reviews coverages placed for accuracy and risk exposure suitability.

• Validates internal and external rating of policies, confirms endorsements, audits, cancellation, and related documents.

• Reviews commercial applications, renewal requests and endorsements for adherence to underwriting authority and guidelines as established by the various companies.

• Transmits policies, endorsements, audits, cancellations, etc. in writing using the Quality Control guidelines as adopted by the Commercial Lines team.

• Oversees and/or processes all transactions on policies as assigned from effective date to expiration date.

• Maintains suspense system for all transactions for assigned accounts.

• Invoices items on assigned accounts in a timely basis.

• Prepares and processes premium finance agreements as needed.

• Advises accounting department of the appropriate posting of monies received on assigned accounts when necessary. Reviews and corrects invoicing discrepancies on a timely basis as needed.  Trains team members on invoicing guidelines and process.

• Reviews and maintain expiration records on assigned accounts.

• Prepares draft proposals for completion and reviews completed proposals prepared by the Marketing Assistant.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• Florida 4-40 License is minimum requirement with ability to obtain Florida 2-20 P&C License promptly

• 2+ years’ experience as an account manager specializing in commercial insurance

• Strong technical knowledge of coverage in all commercial lines insurance policy forms, rating and exposure analysis

• Superior computer skills and full command of Microsoft Office products and electronic document management solutions (paperless office)

• AMS360 experience Highly Preferred

What you'll be doing

As a member of CIBC’s team, the Senior Manager, Application Development is a professional responsible for managing multiple development projects, development groups and application support functions for a major line of business. The role applies professional knowledge to oversee the development, testing and implementation of organization-wide systems, directing,  motivating and developing staff to maximize their individual contribution and function effectively as a team. The Senior Manager, Application Development leads a team to manage resource requirements and allocations, monitor and improve quality, and ensure 'best practice' development techniques. Additionally, the role works with the business in the development, testing and implementation of application programs that help promote business improvement.

• It’s an Asset if:  You have good understanding of Client Data Management solutions. Ideally, you understand patterns of designing applications for cloud and have knowledge of Agile methodology and experience working in a Scrum team.

• You have a degree/diploma in Computer Science, Business, and/or a related field.
