GENERAL FUNCTION:
Responsible for managing region and state-wide assessment area risk associated with Community Reinvestment Act performance. Provide local expertise and effectively communicate with Region senior management team as well as other key internal and external stakeholders. Lead the development and implementation of the banks Community Reinvestment Act/ Community and Economic Development strategies at the region level within assigned assessment areas. MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Large bank experience with Community Reinvestment Act related consumer products and services, small business banking and/or community development lending, including Community Reinvestment Act qualified tax credit initiatives, preferred.

Transaction Management will be responsible for supporting multiple aspects of the lending lifecycle including but not limited to loan closing and servicing coordination, facilitating complex client onboarding, data management, and quality control.  The team will be accountable and responsible for operational oversight of the closing and servicing of all loan transactions of the business division being supported to ensure all internal and external requirements are met.

The Audit Manager is an intermediate level role responsible for managing a team that is performing complex and critical audits and assessments of Citi’s risk and control environments in coordination with the Audit team. About the Role

Roles and Responsibilities:

Fund Performance Analysis

• Conduct quantitative fund analysis to dissect the feature and performance of competitors’ fund products.
• Conduct multi-dimensional fund comparison between AIMHK’s funds and competing funds.
• Work with Group Investment’s Middle Office, AIMHK’s investment teams and AIAHK’s stakeholders to prepare regular and ad hoc fund performance related reports.

Portfolio Modelling & Simulation

• Conduct portfolio modelling, simulation and back-testing to validate and support new product ideas.
• Propose optimal asset and/or regional allocation mix for new fund products based on in-depth quantitative analysis and simulation.

Fund Ranking Modelling

• Manage and maintain an in-house developed Visual Basic fund ranking model.
• Run the fund ranking model on a regular basis and report the ranking results to AIAHK’s ILP team as part of AIMHK’s Type 4 advisory services.

Model Portfolios For ILAS/PLP Customers

• Assist AIAHK’s ILP team with the development and ongoing monitoring of model portfolios for ILAS/PLP customers.

• GENERAL FUNCTION:

  Responsible for profitable business development as well as monitoring the quality of an extensive existing portfolio of companies with annual gross sales of at least $10 million with more emphasis on customers with higher revenues (i.e.at least $20 million).   ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work independently to identify and develop profitable new "lead left" client relationships by leveraging centers of influence, existing clients, & referral sources.
  • Develop and implement a business plan to achieve financial goals and qualitative measures.
  • Work closely with Fifth Third internal partners to deepen existing relationships and acquire new prospective relationships.
  • Attend community and/or specific industry forums, conferences and/or meetings in order to broaden relationship networks, referral sources and continually deepen knowledge of trends, practices, services and the competitive landscape.
  • Work with product partners (Treasury Mgmt., Capital Markets, and Wealth Mgmt etc.) analyze, evaluate and develop a tailored relationship strategy for each client or prospect. Ensure that customer relationships are managed to maximize the opportunity for the bank, while taking into account Bank risk and customer needs.
  • Meet with customers on a regular basis to enhance the trusted advisor relationship and ensure business needs are being met.
  • Utilize consultative sells skills, commercial playbook principals and call reporting plans to enhance the client experience.
  • Utilize the Bank's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for client activity tracking, call reports and pipeline management.
  • Analyze financial information provided to determine the credit request that should be pursued.
  • Monitor, on an ongoing basis, information concerning customer financial performance, condition, and industry trends to determine that any credit exposure is at an acceptable risk, and priced accordingly.
  • Partner with Portfolio Managers and Credit Officers on credit requests and adhere to established Portfolio Management guidelines (i.e., delinquencies, documentation preparation, financial statement tracking exceptions, matured loans).

  No formal supervisory responsibilities. Expected to provide guidance to Commercial RM I & II

  MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITES REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business (e.g. Business Administration, Finance, Accounting) or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 years Commercial Banking experience, at least 5 years of sales experience preferred.
  • Formalized commercial credit training or equivalent credit experience required.
  • Underwriting experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of partnership with investment bankers to provide strategic and capital market advice.
  • Proven ability to build new and existing client business translating to increased revenue and provide a positive client experience.

GENERAL FUNCTION:

The SEO & Digital Content Manager is responsible for leading the development and optimization of content and SEO across Fifth Third Bank's digital presence in support of specific marketing objectives, as well as the bank’s objectives as a whole. They are the expert internal resource the bank can rely on for collaboration and consultation when it comes to content development, SEO best practices, strategic marketing, process and implementation, and more.

The Financial Center Manager will participate in a comprehensive, customized on-boarding and education program.  This includes rotations in Operations, Sales & Service, Lending, Small Business, Preferred and Sales & Operations Management.
