Surgical services at Bolton are undergoing transformation with our new elective care centre and our continual development to improve surgical pathways and care. This post has corporate responsibility for all aspects of the operationalisation of the Trust’s financial strategy on a day to day basis. The post holder has direct line management of senior staff within the department and holds a significant standing within the organisation as a whole. The post holder will also have a key supporting role in the development of the following strategies; CIPs, operational planning, financial planning & reporting.

They will lead on the production of accurate and timely monthly financial information for reports to the Board of Directors, Board Sub Committees and other committees. About the Role:As the Associate Director of Finance – Financial Planning, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Trust management with a comprehensive range of financial information essential for key decision-making.
