We are inviting candidates for the position of:
Regional Finance Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage the FP&A function and providing advisory to operational matters in relation to financial planning, reporting, and analysis.
- Coordinates monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
- Review standard operating procedures relating to fixed & current assets, including assessment of asset obsolescence.
- Review monthly reconciliation schedules relating to bank balances, payables, inter-company balances etc.
- Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company.
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of documentation required for audits.
- Liaise with external auditors and tax agents to handle Corporate Income Tax, Transfer Pricing and GST filing.
- Correspond with various other departments, discussing plans and recommending future courses of actions.
- Overseeing and reviewing works done by the finance team.
- Provide mentorship and coaching the finance team members across SEAO region.
- Coordinate financial reporting from Singapore and overseas offices for reviewing and consolidation purpose.
- Handle ad hoc reports from HQ and other financial reports.
- Prepare statutory consolidated financial statement
Requirements:
• A Degree in Accountancy or other professional qualifications such as ACCA.
• Minimum 6 -10 years of working experience, with proven operational excellence record.
• Fluent in English and Korean language to support regional scope for SEAO Region.
• Working knowledge of SAP is highly advantageous.
• Experience working for MNCs with dynamic ERP system.
• Knowledge of local and international accounting standards, law & regulations, concepts and systems to ensure compliance, internal controls and timely and accurate financial statements.
• Experience in advertising business or service industry is preferred.
